I paid but my account isn't updating

If you've just paid but the extension still shows you as a free user, a quick refresh fixes it almost every time.

The 10-second fix

1. Click the Pretty Prompt extension icon in your toolbar.
2. Sign out.
3. Sign back in with the same email you used to pay.

Your Pro badge should appear immediately.

Still stuck?

If the badge still doesn't show up:

• Double-check the email on your receipt matches the email you're signed in with. (Google sign-in can sometimes differ from the email used at checkout.)
• Clear the extension's cache: open chrome://extensions, click Details on Pretty Prompt, then Clear storage, then sign in again.
• Reinstall from the Chrome Web Store.
